To Sarah Huggins & Mark Knipe Goldsmiths,
We would like to thank you for not only your craftsmanship and excellent work in creating our engagement ring and wedding bands but also for your terrific customer service from start to finish.
Our story started with some diamonds and old jewelry that had been in my family for several generations, locked away in a drawer with stories from old that have hardly been told in years, and ends with bringing those stones back to light in our rings, to be seen and heard every day. The stories of old now start anew in our rings, and form the foundation for our beginning together. This has brought both our families closer and has given us a sense of familiar pride.
We couldn't have accomplished this without Sarah's expert help. From the evaluation of the old jewelry, to the designing of the rings, which was done 100% remotely from across the country via emails and phone calls, to producing the one of the kind pieces, having them properly and timely shipped when and where we needed them at the time of engagement and wedding, and providing us an outside appraiser to work with to protect our investment, Sarah has done a marvelous job, that is truly worth its weight in gold.
Terrific Job! We can't wait to work with Sarah & Mark Knipe Goldsmiths in the future.
With Kindest Regards,
Dear Staff of Mark Knipe Gold Smiths,

When I needed a very special and personal family piece of jewelry, I knew exactly where to go. My family has been shopping at Mark Knipe Goldsmith's for years and years. I wanted a custom quality piece made with some family stones. The staff (especially Sarah) was excellent through the whole process of evaluating what I had to work with, selecting new stones, and designing a custom platinum setting. I am so pleased with the beautiful ring, I wear it everyday in memory of my mother. Given the quality of the materials and setting, I expect it to last a lifetime. I would recommend Mark Knipe Goldsmith's to anyone interested in exceptional service, superior craftsmanship and beautiful jewelry.
I bought my fiancÚs engagement ring at Mark Knipe Goldsmiths. The experience was so simple, I gave Mark the criteria I was looking for and a week later he was helping me choose the right diamond for the ring. We also reviewed setting ideas that Mark came up with based on our first conversation and in no time we had the stone, setting, and ring design wrapped up. The ring is perfect, exactly what I was looking for and the look on my fiancÚs face was priceless!
After looking at my engagement ring in my jewelry box for10 years (not wearing it due to discomfort) my husband and I finally decided to have the diamond reset into another
ring. I envisioned a simple, elegant ring which would have an estate look to it. I pictured a vine on my ring ~ representing time. I saw "berries" on the vine ~ our marriage experience. My central stone representing the original commitment. Mark and his staff helped develop my idea. The sketch became a wax (model) and then shortly thereafter my stunning ring. Mark gave us confidence that our vision would become reality.
